GARY BUCCI

Gary has been with the company since 1990 and is currently the Owner and Sr. Appraiser. Gary has extensive knowledge in the Cortland and Tompkins County markets as well as parts of Cayuga and Tioga Counties.

Diane has been with the company since 1996 as the company’s office manager. Along with managing daily operations Diane has also completed the required course requirements and is a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser Assistant.

DANIEL ZECH

Dan has been with the company since 2007 as a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser Assistant. Dan has been working actively with the company and has taken the required course requirements to become a Certified Residential Appraiser.

DEBORAH ALLISON

Deborah is a Certified Residential Appraiser and joined the company in 2004. She has been a real estate appraiser since 1991 and has gained extensive experience in the Chemung, Schuyler and Steuben County markets as well as other surrounding areas. Deborah is an FHA and VA approved appraiser and completes all types of single and multi-family appraisals along with some vacant land and REO properties.
