David is the president, Co-owner and Senior Appraiser of the company. He has been in the real estate business since 1973 and has been appraising since 1985. David performs all types of residential and commercial appraisals as well as serving as the review appraiser for all reports produced by his staff. His depth of experience in real estate sales, management and appraising provides a solid foundation for the company.

Diane has been with the company since 1996 and is the company's manager. Along with managing daily operations of the company including incoming and outgoing appraisal orders, she also oversees the company's support staff. Since joining the company she has gained extensive experience in the appraisal process and has developed and maintained client relations.

GARY BUCCI

Gary has been with the company as a Certified Residential Appraiser since 1990 and also is the company's Vice President. He has gained extensive experience in the Cortland County real estate market, as well as rural portions of Tompkins County and the City of Ithaca. Gary performs all types of residential and small income property assignments as well as being an FHA approved appraiser.

CLAY BURRUSS

Clay is a General Certified Appraiser and has been with the company since 1998. He is head of the Commercial Appraisal Department completing commercial assignments for a wide range of clients. He has appraised all types of commercial properties including office buildings, multi-purpose buildings, wineries, golf courses and residential income properties.

SARAH ADAMS

Sarah is a Licensed Residential Appraiser and has been with the company since 1999. As a restoration and design consultant Sarah has been involved with the construction and real estate fields for over 25 years. She performs single family appraisals as well as some vacant land and small residential income property appraisals.

DEBORAH ALLISON

Deborah is a Certified Residential Appraiser and joined the company in 2004. She has been a real estate appraiser since 1991 and has gained extensive experience in the Chemung, Schuyler and Steuben County markets as well as other surrounding areas. Deborah is an FHA and VA approved appraiser and completes all types of single and multi-family appraisals along with some vacant land and REO properties.
